For my Killeen, Fort Hood, Belton, Copperas Cove and Harker Heights couponers, only the Austin ($2.50) and Dallas ($3) papers will carry the inserts. Killeen paper will not have any inserts but I do recommend that you buy one for the local ads and price matchings.
Most gas stations and convenience stores will carry these papers. CEFCO, 7 Eleven, Valero, Mickey's, Walgreens and CVS will have them.
